upload directory with many sub directories.

Hello, I am trying to help my wife.  She is working with a massive directory with many subdirectories.  Each directory has many files in it.  total files around 30,000.  She tries to drag and drop, but the sub directories will not copy.  She has to go to her drop box and create each directory and subdirectory and copy each directory separately.  Very time consuming, how can she do this with a drag and drop?

    Are you working via the Dropbox site, or the Dropbox folder on your machine with the Dropbox desktop application installed?
