Uploading a large voice memo from iphone to Dropbox

I have a large voice memo that I recorded on my iphone. I want to copy it to Dropbox but can't work out how. The file it too big to save to Dropbox on my phone - it just stops. If it helps, I can see...

Thanks for your reply, Jay. I managed to do it over the weekend, by exporting all my voice memos to iTunes, and then moving the one I wanted to DropBox.
