3 years agoHi from me as well, IMightAsWellBashMyHeadIn.
Can you please clarify whatâs the default browser youâre using at the moment?
Can you check if there are any pending updates, clear its cache, and also disable any possible plugins?
If that doesnât make a difference either, please send me your browser version, and weâll check this further.

Hi Nancy,
So far I have on the same PC tried Microsoft Edge v119.0.2151.44
& Firefox v119.0.1
I have also on an IPhone tried the IOS Dropbox app v352.2.2
I do not have any other trouble downloading or uploading.
Like I have said, I had no issues with Dropbox before they updated their web interface last week.

Can I ask you to try one more thing, IMightAsWellBashMyHeadIn?
Try while connecting to a different network, either another WiFi or mobile data and let us know if the issue persists then as well.

Itâs significantly faster if I change to mobile data so the issue is definitely linked to my home wifi network.
Dropbox is the only issue I have with uploads or downloads over multiple devices over wifi.- Nancy3 years ago

Hi again! Since the issue seems to be related indeed to your WiFi connection, have you tried to restart your router? It may help.
