Uploading photos and deleting them from phone, how does it work?

So I upload photos to Dropbox from my camera roll, if I then delete those photos once they're in Dropbox and sync new photos, say a few days later, does it then delete the photos from Dropbox that I'...

It doesn't delete the photos you've already uploaded. It will just continue uploading new photos. Also, deleting a photo from your Camera Roll will not delete it from Dropbox, and deleting a file in Dropbox will not delete it from your Camera Roll.
