    Sorry to jump in here, KC805!

     

    If you right click on your vault and choose to "make (it) available offline", are you then able to open your files?

Also, what’s the exact OS version of the computer on which you’re having this issue?

    Hi there!    I am using Mac OS 10.15.7       See the little clouds?     I cannot click on the files or folders and access them through my computer dropbox directory.   Thanks for looking into this.
