Video File Conversion ends up with a total loss of audio.

Using the Save As feature, I have a total loss of audio when converting from MOV to a MP4 720P or MP4 360P file (the video conversion looks fine).  Any ideas on how to remedy this?  The reason for compression is that it's a large file (489MB).  I need to reduce to at least a <60MB.

    The first thing I'd like to ask, is the platform you're using when trying to save content, and the OS you're on.

     

    If you could also walk me through the exact steps that you take, that'd be great. One more thing: does this happen with all of your files, or just a particular one?
