Test actions already taken:
1) connect -reconnect Neo three times
2) Reboot Laptop_PC
3) Quit and restart Dropbox
Next to be done:
a) Check if a W11 update is eventually pausing
[should not be ... having rebooted]
b) Check Dropbox update eventually available
[and not automatically downloaded and applied]

19 days agoCould you try disconnecting the USB and then disable the camera upload feature in the desktop app, re-enable it using these steps, and try connecting your USB again?
