Support team are unsupportable:
They love so much standard answers, last time it took 89days to give me a simple solution to my big issue. A solution available from day one!!!
>>> Today I'm back as in July 2025... an update broke the Dropbox setting.
I had to uninstall to avoid garbage or losing files.
Back to the previous issue.
Now I have an RC2 device with a lot of folders/directories.
Some are recognized but only partially synced.
a) I need the .srt files with the mp4. Is there a way to tell Dropbox these are video/audio files ?
b) I have mp4 files in a different RC2 directory that Dropbox doesn't find automatically.
