2 years agoThanks for the ticket number, DC25, and for your feedback.
I've raised the priority of the ticket, so a member of our team will be getting back to you the soonest possible.
They need some extra time to investigate cases, please keep in mind that the Specialized agents working on these cases usually have up to 24 hours to reply back.

I got an email from the "advanced support" team at 12:26 am. They sent instructions on how to copy and paste a link, but I know that information already, so it did not solve my problem. I was able to use Edge to get a clickable link, yet when I email it, the recipient is prompted to sign in via Google, Apple or Dropbox. This will be a problem when you are sending the link to several subcontractors who are not computer savvy. We will do nothing but field phone calls as to how they can sign in. I need to get help in real time, not the middle of the night.
