Why am i the only one who can see these files i've uploaded?

At first glance, the files don't appear to be shared and the folder that they're in doesn't appear to be shared either. If that's not the case, you'll need to provide more information about how you're expecting others to be able to see those files.

Hi ConniePauly, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

I've removed the image since it contained a lot of personal information.

From the looks of it, these files are not in a shared folder, which is why no one else can see it. Did you try to share any folder?

This will help me to assist further!

I just tried sharing...I was only able to share with the file creator...is that normal?

My boss can see all the PMs on this project

Were you invited to join a shared folder, or were you sent a shared link and you used the option to Save to Dropbox? If it's the latter, then what you received is a view-only method of sharing, and adding a copy to your own Dropbox doesn't allow anyone else to see the changes you make in the folder.

Make sure you've been invited to join a shared folder with edit access. When you join such a folder, the folder icon will have a person icon on it and the folder will appear on your Sharing page.
