Why can't the recipients of a shared link access it from the web, but are asked to open the app?

    Hey DropBilly, thanks for the screenshot and the additional info.

     

    If they just tap on "View folder", where does it redirect them to?

For me when I click "view folder" it just displays the same page, requiring the app.

BlondeInTally , are you seeing the same thing with multiple shared links? 

 

Do you have another browser on your mobile device where you can test this on?
