Why is Dropbox suddenly blocking file sharing?
Device X230 Operating System/Browser (if using the web) Win10 Dropbox App Version (if using the app) Latest Syncing Status Up to date

It sounds possible that sharing was paused on your account, but let's see what we can find about this together.
Have you checked this article to see if any of the files you're trying to share, or have already shared breaches the Terms of Service? You can also take a look here for more info.
We're going to have to look into account-specific info here. For that, I just sent you an email in order for us to investigate further.
