It seems like your sharing capability has been interrupted. You can see more about what could have caused this in the relevant Help Center article that I hyperlinked.

Hi Megan, thank you very much. I am well below bandwidth I think, been approx 18 mths since I used Dropbox. My storage says I have approx 1/2 used in terms of storage.
