Why is the syncing speed slow in the desktop app?
please help me, when Syncs the download and upload speed is always below 100kbs,, I have checked my internet speed test, it is 50mbps and it is very normal,, I have deleted all the extensions on Google,, I tried downloading a YouTube video, the download speed can be up to 5mbps... I've asked customer service, the answers are always twisted, can anyone help me, thank you very much

Hi, Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the Dropbox domains?

nothing is restricted it was working fine but suddenly getting problem in last 3 days

I don't use VPN, I have set it on Dropbox for firmware, I have turned off virus protection on Windows...
I set the proxy to auto in Dropbox settings, I don't know where the problem is - Jay2 years ago

Currently, we're not experiencing any issues similar to what you're having. It is likely that something on your machine or network is affecting the traffic to Dropbox.
Are you able to download at a normal speed from another network, or using a different device using the same network?
