WPS Office files won't save to Dropbox on PC

Using windows 10 pro on PC

I keep all important files on a dropbox folder on my PC

If using microsoft Excel I can save to this without a problem, but since using WPS spreadsheets it doesnt save to dropbox or anywhere else on the computor. PDF files appear to save okay

As this is happening even when you try saving the files elsewhere on your computer, it would indicate that this isn't a Dropbox issue and is instead an issue with WPS. I'd suggested reaching out to their support team for assistance.

Hey andy37, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

It seems that the problem comes from the 3rd party app you're using and not Dropbox. Have you reached out to them to ask about this perhaps?

even though it's a problem from a 3rd party, I think it's dropbox's duty to solve it.Since this problem doesnt occur in icloud, and when using dropbox, you cant rely on them to make every thing right.
