zip file creation error
I compressed some files within dropbox creating a .zip file in order to save space and now it won't open. I get 'Error 1: Operation not permitted'. Help.

Hi ticebb, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Are you creating the zip file directly on the site, or within the Dropbox folder on your machine?
This will help me to assist further!

Can I email you this zip so you can help me uncompress it?

No, that's wouldn't be possible for security and privacy purposes.
If you need to decompress a zip file, most OSes can handle this natively via Explorer/Finder.
