Accessing DropBox Files on a Church Administered Account but running out of space on my account
I was given access to our Church Dropbox account which I believe has 2TB of space.
However when I connect to the Church Dropbox it tells me that I am out of space with my 2GBs of space on my account.
Is Dropbox saving or synching everything from the Church Dropbox account to my account locally and causing me to run out of space? As far as I am aware I have never saved anything to my account.
If so how do I stop saving anything locally and just access the Church Dropbox?

Hi swiftcc
Shared folders use up the quota of everybody within that account. So, if you need read write access to it then you'll need to upgrade as well. The Church upgrade doesnt benefit you in any way.
If, however, you only need read only access ask the Church account owner to send you a link instead: www.dropbox.com/links
