Accessing new storage

why can't i access the extra space my boss bought??

    I assume your boss paid for an upgrade? If so it is exactly that, he paid for an upgrade, you did not. His upgrade does not benefit you in any way. 

     

    If you are out of space inside a share it doesn't matter how much space the owner has you also need to upgrade.
