app claims dropbox is full but website disagrees
I have the Basic plan which starts at 2 GB. Over the years I've invited friends and done other little tasks to get free space and am currently allotted 3.25 GB. Of that, I'm using 2.7 GB between my files and files shared with me. Everything continues to work normally except that the app on my phone (Android 13) has started claiming that I'm out of space or even above my limit (since I'm over 2 GB) and throwing notifications at me about paused and cancelled uploads.
What gives? Anyone else experiencing this?
Thanks for the screenshots, inscrutable-g, that's pretty strange indeed.
Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, to see if that helps?

Hi inscrutable-g , thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you attach a screenshot showing what you're seeing on the Android app, while naming and name and email address?
This will help me to assist further!

A bit of a random collection but I tried to screenshot the notifications it gave me and then opened up the app and took some screenshots in there showing that there's plenty of space.

Ok, did that. Just uploaded a photo and it didn't throw up the "Dropbox is full" error. I'll close this for now and if it reoccurs I'll open it up.
