Can't clear my storage space

You can delete your backups if needed to free up some space by clicking on the ellipsis button and then on the delete option.

Could you let us know what your plan tab is reporting in regards to your quota?
Do you see any files or folders taking up space in your homepage or your backups page perhaps?

where is the ellipsis button, how do i find what you are talking about. do i go to accounts or a folder. how do i find the right place?
