DropBox Basic Free storage is full - how can I start from scratch?
My Dropbox storage is full and I have the FREE storage. I have deleted all but a few pictures on my pc and on my iphone (restarted both several times) but yet when I go to my phone app, it still says I am out of space and have to upgrade. I only use this for personal use and want to know how I can start with a clean slate on free space.
I have finally figured this out. I had Dropbox saving documents and downloads plus others that was not necessary - have changed my settings and now all is fine. Thanks!
