Dropbox says my storage is full, but I don't have any files in my account.
Hello. My account says my storage is full. But I don't have any documents in my dropbox at all. Can anyone help tell why?

Hi Jonas Kusk, welcome to our Community!
Can you check the plan tab in your account settings, and let me know what it reports there? Do you have any shared content taking up space in your account?
Or perhaps you have any active Backups enabled. Can you check that as well?
Let me know what you find!

Hello Megan,
I have a similar problem if you don't mind me tagging along here (I'm new here and can't see anywhere to post a new question).
I have 9.25 GB of storage and am using 2.43 GB but just had an email saying my storage was nearly full. I have sent quite a lot of files in the past few days but have deleted them all at my end. Is this because the recipients haven't deleted the files at their end?
Many thanks
Kay
