Purchased additional storage yesterday, but it's not reflecting on my Dropbox account.

Question or Issue:
I purchased additional storage yesterday but it's not reflecting in my account, with Dropbox remaining full and files not syncing.
I have tried to get it fixed through the chatbot but nothing helps. I still can't use the extra 500 gb.
When I had paid an error message was there only saying something was wrong.
I got stuck now because I can't get support.
Hi Mark,
Yes the money has left my account.
I have 2 open tickets but still no reaction yet.

Has the payment left your account?
Best thing to do is contact support via http://www.dropbox.com/get_help - choose the 'Account' option

I'd suggest closing the newest one as all you do by putting additional ones in is move yourself to the back of the queue.
Also remember you wont hear anything back yesterday or today as its a weekend. Replies do usually take a few working days.
