Dropbox shows erroneusly 2261% used space and there should be plenty of space left

Can you please help! I have used dropbox years and now got message to buy more space. I deleted files and my local folder and dropbox site shows just a fraction of what there should be.

    Is it possible that you enabled our backup feature at some point? Do you see any info here?
