Earned quota from referrals disappeared
I've been using 12GB of quota that I got from referral for the past 10 or so years. About two months ago when I deleted dropbox from my old computer, however, my quota went down to the basic 2GB. I ...

I see. I also found the message "Using 9.9GB of 9.25 GB". It's interesting because I remember I'd been seeing "12GB of quota" before I removed the app on my old computer. I didn't have any promo code for the last few years.
Before I removed the dropbox app on the old computer, I removed some of the shared files to empty the space because I was close to the max quota which I believe was 12GB back then. That's how I remembered my previous quota of 12GB. I don't know what triggered this, but I will try to remove some more files to go below the current quota of 9.25GB. Thanks for the help!

3 years agoHey jungwook, odd, but thanks for checking!
Do you have a different browser, that you can try using in order to check the plan page there?
You can always try to clear the cache on your current one, and then try again.

Thank you so much jungwook!
It seems your quota is 9.25GB and not the Basic 2GB.
If you scroll to the bottom of this page, are you able to locate and calculate your referral space?
Is it possible that you had a different kind of extra space, like a promo code that might have expired?
