I can't access my Basic account as I'm getting a message that it's full

I was on the Basic Plan but have not used my Dropbox account in years. I'm keen to use it again, but It says its full but I can't access anything also I may have attached to a now defunct email address... I'd like to access what's there but it may be shared folders. How can I see what's there and possibly access the fiels in the defunct email address.

Hey Intrepid_Jake - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Can you please clarify how you're accessing your Dropbox account when you get the message that it's full and, if possible, send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too?

When it comes to your defunct email address, could you clarify if you were using it for a Dropbox account? If so, do you remember the account's  password?

Any additional information you think might help our investigation is more than welcome!
