I have no files and yet I still keep getting messages saying I'm over the limit
I have no files in my dropbox yet still keep getting messages saying im over the limit and need to buy more storage. how the hell do I stop this. I never asked for dropbox. it was forced on us.

If you don't have any files in your account but are still getting out of space messages, I'd recommend taking a look at your backups page.
Usually when this happens, it's backup files that are the culprit, so if you have any, you'll find them there.
