31 TopicsI've deleted all of my files on the desktop app, but my Dropbox account is still over-quota.
Dropbox Plan Free Device Mac Operating System/Browser (if using the web) macOS Dropbox App Version (if using the app) Question or Issue Like many users I am getting the Team Storage error 2.65 gb of 2.0gb and I can't do anything to correct the error. I am the Admin btw. I have deleting all of the files that I have on line, although I deleted some of them from my Mac as opposed to doing it by logging on to Dropbox.com. I suspect that the problem may be because of what the team members (7 of us) are storing on their local machines. None of us are software experts, so we are doing our best to figure this out. (We are the Exec of a motorcycle enthusiast club and we use Dropbox to make our membership list and other documents available to the exec members.) I have been trying to figure this out on my own and have not had any success. I would appreciate Andy help and guidance that you can offer.
