Referral shows as ineligible. What can I do?

I've referred a friend and the status says Ineligible, please help rectify.

    Just to clarify, did they install it on a unique computer? Also, did they create a brand new Dropbox account?

    It was installed on a unique computer and a brand new Dropbox account.

    Hi BoomChakaLaka, can you also double check with them and make sure they’ve verified their Dropbox email address?

    Were you both on the same network when they accepted the referral? That often triggers the ineligible status.
