Missing space from a referral

I've invited a new member to Dropbox and created an account, but did not receive the Dropbox referral 500MB?

    Yes, it has been downloaded and installed on a desktop device.

    Hi ericdou, did the other user activate the referral while connected to the same network are your current desktop machine?

    Yes, it was in the same household - in the same network I believe
