I keep getting emails that my Dropbox is full even though it's empty
I keep getting these emails that say "you’ve reached your storage limit" and "Your files have stopped syncing across your devices because your Dropbox is full". In reality, my Dropbox is empty. ...

Just to confirm, is the email address associated with your Dropbox account and the address that the email you mentioned went to, the same?
Also, when was the last time you received this email?
Let me know and we'll go from there.

Hi Hannah,
Yes, I'm absolutely sure that it's the same email address. Last time I received that email was today 4 hours ago.
