Not getting the verification email
I just created my Dropbox account and I cannot receive the verification email. I have tried resending it multiple times, closing the browser and opening a new one, checking that my email was entered correctly, contacting my company's help desk (they confirmed that Dropbox has not sent any emails that are blocked by my company's security gateway) -- but nothing has worked.
Please help!

Could you please clear your browser's cache or try another browser and let us know how it goes?
Also make sure to look for the verification email in your email's spam/junk folder as well.
Keep us posted anyhow!

hello I also have the same issue, I am using my work domain email but still I could not get the verification email

hello I have been trying to verify my dropbox account but apparently I did not receive the email from drop box, I tried few suggestion such as changing the machine searching, clearly cache, looking in spam files but still did not receive any email yet. I use my work domain account, please help

I'd also suggest adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and then try to verify your email again, to see if that helps.
If not, let us know and we'll send you an email, to investigate this further.
