Thanks for posting this here, beiningd.
Before checking for a second Dropbox account, can you please go to this page and send me a screenshot of what you see?
If you donât see any files at your Dropbox homepage, then itâs possible that youâve enabled Dropbox Backup, which is taking up your Dropbox space. You can also check out your Backups page here to make sure there are no files there (if there are and you wish to delete them, you can do so this way).
Let me know if this isnât the case though, and I can further help.

Ahhhh~ That's it! My backup is what is full. That doesn't pop up easily. Not sure I would have found that without the links. Thank you!

1 month agoHi there beiningdâ and welcome to the Dropbox Community!
I am glad to see your issue is resolved - larger folders refusing to go offline on a PC can really be frustrating, it's great to hear you got everything working as exprected after clearing your Dropbox Backup. Thanks for coming back to update the thread too - it really helps others who might run into the same situation.
By the way, I'm Theresa đ©âđ», on of the community managers here at Dropbox HQ. Since you're working with offline access and larger folders, I'd love to know ... what do you usually use Dropbox for? I'm always curious how people fit Dropbox into thei day to day.
Looking forward to hearing more,
