Hi Basinski, thanks for clarifying!
Since your plan page, reports that you're way below your quota, you shouldn't have any syncing issue.
The email might have been a mistake, or the system might need some time to register that you now have enough space to the account. Can you give it a couple of days, keep an eye out and report back to me?

Where are you getting the notifications informing you that you're out of space? Is it via email, or through a notification?
