Can you take a look at the "all files" page in your Dropbox account, to double-check if you have any files saved there?
If you want, you can use the steps here, to see the size of files and calculate the size of folders on our website.
This should help you clarify what's going on.

Thank you Hannah. This allowed me to find the issue and I am moving those files out of Dropbox. Not sure why WinDirStat did not show this issue.
