iPhone Storage running out
Hello all I am new to Dropbox and recently opened an account in hopes of backing up my photos and videos. I keep getting an error to free up space on my iPhone, is there a workaround? I thought Dropb...

3 years agoHey Chris F1, sorry to jump in, but I just wanted to mention that clearing your cache would help free up some storage space on your device and possibly improve the performance.
If you'd like to give a go, you can follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the “Personal” (Account) tab
2. Tap the gear icon in the upper-left corner of the screen
3. Select “Clear Cache”.
Once this is done then please ensure you log out of the Dropbox application, then restart your device and log back in again.
