It's impossible to get Support. I need help with my account's storage.
So, after you bombard a User with scary sounding emails about how they're over their max allowed storage & you're going to close their account (but they open their Dropbox & only see your 2 introduct...

1 month agoAdditionally, you can have no files visible in your account and still be out of space. If you have a device backup stored, you would only see it in the Backups section of your account, which also uses space.
If you've verified that you're signed in to the correct account as dbx_brian suggested, check your Backups page to see if you have any device backups stored in your account. If so, you can delete a backup to regain that space.
