Hi!
I received an email from Dropbox stating my subscription was free of charge for six months since we are in Ukraine, but yesterday I was asked to pay the bill, and since we can't absolutely spend money for it, we have nothing at the moment, we were downgraded and have issues now.
Could you see this situation, please?
