Move default file on Windows 10

hi, my laptop is windows 10 HP. while the space is less than expected. i only download dropbox another app. while i need install another apps too. but cant, because the storage of local disk c seems ...

I'm not quite sure about what you'd like to accomplish here; could you elaborate a tad?

 

Are you referring to the ability to set your files to be online-only perhaps?
