My account is full, but the content seems to be way less.

The account keeps saying upgrade for more as storage is over, but the files don't even add up to 1 GB, forget 2.75.

I've checked my shared space and it doesn't have any files either. Sharing screenshot

Hi there, ZeeNut let's see what we can find about this together.

Would you mind checking your account's plan page, and letting me know what it reports there?

Is it possible that you have any backups taking up space in your account?

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

    Hey again ZeeNut!

Quick check-in to see if you caught my last reply. Do you need more help?

If yes, then I'm happy to assist. If everything is sorted, we'd love to hear what fixed it.
