Yes, it's the same. Where are "regular files" hidden? That is what is taking up space, but I can't find them

In general, your regular files include any content thatâs not shared with anyone else (youâd be seeing these files on your All files tab and your Backup page).

There are no files in either of those tabs but my account says I'm full and it is regular files. There are files somewhere in the background that is filling my dropbox and we cannot find them. Can you find them?
