My account keeps saying it's full - but it isn't
Hi - I have a 6.3 GB basic account with less that 1.2 GB of data in it, but I keep getting notifications saying the account is full, and it isn't syncing. I've double checked my folders and cleaned o...

Hi Nancy, the largest folder i can see in all files contains the journal articles it is 462mb, the rest of the files combined amount to less than 30mb.
It's really quite confusing.

I checked our system in the meantime, and from what I can see, one of our agents opened a ticket for you and our advanced team is handling your case at the moment.
Since they have more account visibility than we do over here on the forum, Iâd suggest continuing with them directly. It looks like theyâve sent you some steps to try as well, so please let them know when youâve followed them and theyâll take it from there.

They did contact me but misunderstood the problem so their solutions didn't address it at all. I've emailed back but they closed the case.
I'm sadly going to have to move to a different cloud service since It's taking too long and It's now disrupting my workflow. Thanks for trying though!
