Hello there. There is a problem of space in my account. My files don't even get out of 1 GB. But in my account shows that the use of 50GB file is being used. Please clarify.

  • Hey davron_madiyarov, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community.

Have you checked your backups page, to see if you have any backup files taking up your space?

Let me know what you find.

I looked at Backups as well. I completely cleaned them. But it still shows that there is 49.3GB file.

No worries, Davron, can we send you an email, so we can look into this internally?
