my phone shows I'm out of space, even though my Mac computer doesn't
My phone locked me out and said I needed to buy space. I deleted massive amounts of files from my Mac. My phone still locks me out. I removed my app and reinstalled and re-signed in. Still locking...

Problem solved. I think my phone sync had not caught up with mega deletions I had made on Mac. Plus I deleted trash. Took about 8 hours for sync to catch up. About 3 after deleted trash. I so appreciate help. ASIDE: CHAT cpt was also amazing

I have screen shot but can't see how post. It says I have used up free space. My account says I have used 1.5GB og 2.25.
Any thoughts why locked out of phone.

Also, whenever I sign in now on my phone I get an email message on my Mac that "A new device just signed into your drop box". But it is not a new device.

Megan was referring to the OS version of your mobile device, like Android 10 for example, or iPhone 15. You should be able to see this in your phone’s settings.
As for the screenshot, are you accessing the forum here via your mobile device or your computer?
