My storage is full despite removing most of the files.

Hi all

I appreciate that there are many posts on here regarding storage space but I have exhausted all solutions.

My storage is full despite removing most of the files. I do not have any back up and I have removed linked devices. I now need help

Many thanks

Paul

Take a screenshot of your usage as shown on your Plan page. It should look like this:

And you have no files or folders shown on this page? Your usage is showing 3.2GB or regular files, so they should be visible on that page.

I have some folders which contain a few photos but they have all been reducedin size so each one is around 15kb. I have deleted all my big presentations so all I have is approximately 100mb of files

Hi Woodmanafc, I know you can't possibly do this with your entire content, but as an example would you be able to use these steps, in order to calculate your files/folder size?

Let me know what you find or feel free to send me some screenshots!
