Quicken 5G missing
5G of space for Quicken promotion did not apply to my account and when I try again to apply the Quicken 5GB Dropbox Coupon Code the result is: Coupon has already been applied. How to I go about getting this fixed? Quicken support says, "Talk to Dropbox"!
I followed the instructions to the letter and there were no errors displayed, just no storage space added. I tried again, as I said, but was blocked from reusing the code. I spoke with a Quicken support agent who said, "Talk to Dropbox support", which, as you probably know, is frustratingly impossible, and the Dropbox chatbot is so generic that's it's useless. After posting here, I connected with a Quicken chat agent who had a second code generated for me, and on the second attempt it worked.

I am also experiencing the same issue. When I try to redeem the coupon it says "The code you entered has already been used" But when I look at my quota I am still at 2GB and the coupon was for 5GB.

Hi SirLP! Is there a chance you had received the same promotion in the past with Quicken? If yes, please note that this offer can only be redeemed once on your Dropbox account (you can also see more info here).
Let me know if that’s not the case though.

I could have written this myself! Very good explanation of the issue I'm experiencing. A recent notification about my storage limit prompted me to realize that the 5GB Dropbox Coupon Code offer from Quicken is not active in my Dropbox account. When I enter the code Quicken provides it says the coupon code has already been applied. I just checked my dropbox.com/events log and there's an entry on 5/11/2024 that says "Your quota was decreased to 2.75GB". Quicken's backup screen currently says, "We have partnered with Dropbox to offer Quicken Members secure online storage for their backup files, with 5GB free." So as long as I'm an ongoing user/member, and they are encouraging the use of Dropbox for off-site backups, it seems I should be eligible. Would you please add 5GB to my account or provide a valid code, as you have for others? Thanks so much for your help!

I'm having the same problem. Got a promotional code from Quicken, put it in Dropbox and Dropbox still shows 2G, but when I tried it again, the code is no longer valid, says it was already used.

You can see if any promos were applied at www.dropbox.com/events and if not you need to contact Quicken for a new one - they are very very good at issuing them out multiple times.

You need to get a new code yearly from Quicken to keep the promo space. Dropbox wouldn't know if you were still a customer.
Contact your Quicken rep and get a new coupon to use.
