Quicken codes not working

After being told my Drop Box (D.B.) space downgraded to 2G I tried to resubmit quicken code. I was told code has already been used. I contacted Quicken, they have tried to different codes each time I get the same error. Code has already been used. Quicken has instructed me  to contact D.B. Seems others has had same or similar issues. Can anyone help fix this problem.

    Only Quicken can resolve this for you. They need to give you a working code. This has been an issue with them for a long time.

    BUT Quicken said they have tried several codes and Drop Box is not accepting them. Quicken is telling me its on Drop Box
