Re: My account keeps saying it's full - but it isn't

So in my app, on my phone OR opening the website anywhere, my Dropbox says I’m way over in space, but I don’t have anything in my files. I’m not sure how to access the stuff that it’s stored and I don’t know why/how it got stored there. I need to remove these things so I can use Dropbox again.. can anyone help me? If I could add pictures, I would. If what I said was unclear, let me know and I’ll try to further explain or maybe we can email.
I tried contacting support, and they couldn’t help because I have basic.

    Hi Britkit97, I hope you're doing well!

Would you mind sending me a screenshot of your plan page, and what you see there?

I'm asking, since I'd love to have a visual of this.

    Thanks a bunch!

You should be able to attach your screenshot back to me, by clicking the camera-like icon when replying back Britkit97.

Can you give it a go, and let me know of the results?

HI ddco3, could you clarify what the issue is exactly? Are you trying to add that shared folder which is 716 GB onto your account which has a 2 GB limit?

I don’t have the option to do that. I’m assuming it’s because I’m not on a computer.
Any other suggestions on how I can share the screenshot?
