Thanks for the info. In order to look into this matter in more detail, would it be possible to reach out to the email associated with your forum profile?

Yes, all the steps are completed, but he signed up without using the invitation link. He lost the invitation email which I sent to him a while back. I tried to resend but Dropbox said that this email is already invited.
