Referral Issue

I have referred my 1 friend which he accepted on her pc and download and install the application. On my screen it shows that only invitation was send. Not that she accepted the invitation. So no bon...

And they signed up with the exact same email address that you sent the invitations to? Also, were you the first one to invite them, or could someone else have sent them an invitation previously?

    I used same email addresses and no one refered them before. They just created new email addresses. They got emails from drobox and welcoming them, and then they downloaded the desktop and they have added files to the drobox since.  So that is why it is weird.

    Hi cevenhuis, if the status isn't showing as completed, then they haven't finished all the steps needed to activate the referral on their end.
